He has successfully planned and delivered multi-channel digital campaigns both globally and locally for the likes of Microsoft, Rank Group, Kraft, B&Q and social media specific initiatives for Sony Ericsson, Honda Europe, Orange, and Governmental agencies via the COI. He understands how to combine business practice with social theory and is focused on growing the group globally bringing together best of breed from each market and ensuring high client service standards.

Patrick is a French/Lebanese leading social media strategist and digital thought leader. Dinis Guarda’s background experience is in international management, marketing / communications, web, publishing and content working in initiatives with UN, governments, financial companies, Reuters, Tate Modern, P&G, Alcatel, Vodafone, Nike amongst other. On a business, creative and entrepreneurial level, Dinis has worked / collaborated with people such as David Bowie, Patti Smith, Depeche Mode, Michel Gondry, Steen Jakobsen, Brian Solis and many others.
In the last 3 and half years Dinis Guarda co-managed Saxo Bank’s web / online marketing global plan of action, its localization, video and tech related subjects. He defined & managed social media strategy for the organization. He created tradingfloor.com and co-developed the business web platform of the Spanish / Latin America websites saladeinversion.es and saladeinversion.com.
He is a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and an active speaker in conferences and other educational events and workshops. Dinis Guarda is founder of timizzer.com and ikonoklash.com. Michael Litman is formerly a digital strategist at Poke working on behalf of Orange and Huffington Post. Prior to that, he was a social media planner at Dare, the digital advertising agency of the decade where he worked across Premier Inn, Standard Life, EA and Sony. His passions are innovation, future thinking, creativity and how these can apply to brands in social media. In his spare time he runs a highly trafficked and well-regarded blog along with writing for numerous other industry publications such as Mashable, The Wall, .net and Adverblog. Franz is consultant, project manager and blogger. He is self-employed since 1991 and working in internet industry since 1998. Since the beginning of social media he was mainly engaged in that field. Since 1993, he held several key positions with many renowned organizations such as Microsoft where he was a founding member of their operations in Saudi Arabia and General Manager in 2001. Sununu has established multiple ventures in IT and marketing services around the region. He currently heads Business to IT Services (B2ITS), a leading consulting and infrastructure solutions provider in Saudi Arabia. He has also founded and established ThinkOut Marketing a marketing agency focusing on digital marketing and social media marketing.

After an internship at an office of the North Rhine-Westphalia Parliament, where she developed web 2.0 strategies, she focused on various projects. Jennifer gained a lot of experience on social media marketing, PR, public administration, change mangement, HR and diversity management. She also worked at the News Editorial Department of local radio stations.

Elise brings significant experience in the fields of digital advertising, communication and marketing, having worked in worldwide communication agencies and for advertisers. Her main areas of responsibilities include strategic consulting in delivering multi channel 360 strategy for brands positioned on consumers and business markets, involved in luxury, pharmaceutical, automobile, real estate and entertainment sectors.
Elise specifically developed innovative PRM and CRM social gaming, co creation and brand content campaigns on social media in the aim of getting closer to the online communities advertisers and of having a better knowledge of their consumers insights. When she turned 27, she decided to run her own business willing to implement a pragmatical approach in the projects she handled.

For the last four years, Steffen has worked in Open Innovation and Co-Creation with brands such as Nivea, Kraft Foods, Mars and Danone at German innovation agency HYVE.
He was Senior Project Manager there, responsible for qualitative innovation research and co-creation projects. He also has worked in marketing consulting and gained product management experience from his time with the BMW Group.
Steffen is a member of the advisory committee of the German Social Media Association “Arbeitsgemeinschaft Social Media” and a regular speaker at research and innovation conferences. He is a well-known expert for ‘Netnography’. Last year he organised the first barcamp on Netnography (www.netnocamp.de). His paper “Netnography Research – Community Insights in the Cosmetics Industry” was nominated as best paper of the ESOMAR Consumer Insights conference 2009.
