Steffen Hück joins the senior team as Director of Innovation.

For the last four years, Steffen has worked in Open Innovation and Co-Creation with brands such as Nivea, Kraft Foods, Mars and Danone at German innovation agency HYVE.

He was Senior Project Manager there, responsible for qualitative innovation research and co-creation projects. He also has worked in marketing consulting and gained product management experience from his time with the BMW Group.

Steffen is a member of the advisory committee of the German Social Media Association “Arbeitsgemeinschaft Social Media” and a regular speaker at research and innovation conferences. He is a well-known expert for ‘Netnography’. Last year he organised the first barcamp on Netnography (www.netnocamp.de). His paper “Netnography Research - Community Insights in the Cosmetics Industry” was nominated as best paper of the ESOMAR Consumer Insights conference 2009.

At 90:10 Group he will be responsible for growing the Innovation practice and developing a strategic Co-Creation offering, powered by Social Media.

At the same time 90:10 Group has appointed Guillermo Ruiz as Managing Partner to drive the Madrid office growth. Mr. Ruiz joins 90:10 Group with 20 years of solid experience in business development.  He has worked at companies such as Apple, Software AG and Oracle bringing new solutions to the market -- he was an evangelist of desktop publishing, enterprise content management and many other solutions that are changing the way to do business.
